The Blue Ridge Forest is a diverse ecosystem spanning several states and the headwaters of many of our country’s major waterways, including the Chesapeake Bay and Mississippi River.

The Blue Ridge Forest Cooperative (BRFC) is a community-owned and operated forest landcare business serving landowners in the New, upper James, and Roanoke River watersheds of Virginia.

BRFC offers a full suite of forest products and services, ranging from millwork to charcoal to carbon credits. All of our forests are FSC certified, recognized internationally as the highest standard for sustainable forestry practices.

Standard BRFC products include trim, paneling, flooring, decking, and other dimensional lumber available in various species such as Yellow Poplar, Red and White Oak, Black Locust, and others as available. Specialty products include everything from charcoal to toys.
